See a doctor: Agree with other comments that its difficult to advise what to do to speed your recovery without more information. A swollen vein near the base of the penis could be a blocked vein which can happen with vigorous sexual activity; this usually settles within 4-6 weeks. However there are a few other things it could be too. Suggest see your doctor for a diagnosis and hopefully reassurance
