Not studied: Hi. That hasn't been studied (or at least I haven't seen any data). So no one can say. Tolerability is an unfortunate issue with liraglutide, which is an outstanding drug. If you tolerate 0.6 mg twice daily better than 1.2 once daily, I'd say go for the 0.6 mg twice daily. Either that, or do 0.9 mg (5 clicks up from 0.6 mg) once daily, and do a SLOW upward titration.
