I think i have heart failure, even though echo did not reveal anything. am i imagining everything. i have foamy saliva, pounding heart. ?

CHF: Heart failure is sometimes a challenging diagnosis to make. Symptoms generally include shortness of breath when laying down or on exertion along with severe leg or abdominal swelling. A normal echocardiogram means and a good physical exam can exclude heart failure as a cause of your symptoms.
