Get checked: You may have an infection of the testicle (orchitis) or other parts in the area. You need to see a doctor & get checked. You may need antibiotics. Avoid intercourse until you are checked out. Always use condoms to prevent sexually transmitted diseases which can cause this. There are other causes of testicular pain though & many need urgent treatment (this week) to prevent damage. If fever, to ER!
