No particular bug: Bug bites are rarely unique to a specific insect. Flea bites are small and have little clear vesicles and extreme itching but this is not unique to fleas either. This lesion could be a sting or a bite, it is impossible to say. Watch for signs of infection: pus, increasing pain, redness & see doc if that happens. If numbness, tingling or severe pain,or fever, head to the ER. Tetanus shots current?
