SEE MD NOW: can't tell here what you have.Black stool can be seen with pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) ( bismuth) medication, iron intake, arsenic ( not used as medicine anymore), and BLEEDING (at least 3-4 fluid ounces of blood), e.g. from ulcer, etc. See MD NOW
