Very short 1/2 life: Clindamycin is out of your system w/in hours of the last pill and there is no danger from the combo in any case. The very important reason NOT to combine them is the reduction in antibiotic effectiveness. You want the effects to be optimal but after the drug is finished and out of your system that's over. So, drink moderately (always!) and you should be okay. Especially if the original issue's ok.
