Hair: I would go see your doctor and ask about PCOS. Facial hair in women can be a sign of PCOS/insulin resistance. There are some labs that should be checked. THere are medications to help such as aldactone, (spironolactone) but PCOS has other potential consequences, so it is important to confirm the diagnosis. Laser treatment can help as well for just the hair issue.
