Dont cut it: Avoid cutting hair too short. Proper skin care allowing follicles to errupt and avoiding skin irritants and frequent trauma from shaving. Consider hair reduction creams - vaniqua. If you must shave, hair removal with laser for more permanent reduction is ideal.
