Hyperventilation?: Hi, it's possible that you are breathing fast without knowing it and that could cause a transient drop in your blood calcium which could cause your numbness and twitching, blowing a paper bag might help. and I don't understand what you mean by not able to write, is that a new thing? Do you feel nervous when you are about to write? You might have Dysgraphia and I suggest that you see a neurologist.
