Yes: In the old days it was called Barbers folliculitis. It can be caused by many things from bacteria to poor shaving equipment. To avoid, wash your face gently prior to shaving, use appropriate shaving lotion, use a clean or new blade. After, use an after shave lotion as an astringent. If the rash continues seek a consult with your physician, occasionally antibiotics are needed. Good luck.
