Does dreams have anything to do with our future? i dreamt that i have cancer. what does it mean?

Not predictive!: Dreams do not predict anything. They generally ruminate our daytime thoughts and worries...usually you cannot attach any importance to the nature of your dreams....certainly not predictive of cancer. So you can forget about it and not worry.
