Medicine or doctor: If you have tried sinus and other OTC meds, then go see an ENT and get to the bottom of your troubles. A single doctor visit may cure your ills. And...you do have the option of accepting or declining treatments.

Not only do they work the best, but they are technically local therapy as negligible amounts enter the bloodstream. Adrian nasal spray can cause rebound symptoms, which the prescription versions do not.
