Probably not.: Toothpaste can contain a mild abrasive so it could abrade the skin that is in contact. If you do not have any pain, you probably did no harm.

Maybe irritation: Probably no damage, but you might have some irritation where the toothpaste was in contact with your penis. Also, the time duration of toothpaste in contact with your penis can make a difference. As an aside, the word is toothpaste, not penispaste. Keep toothpaste in your mouth and not on your penis.
