Is a 22 more likely to get an aneurysm of abdominal aorta or thoracic? what's more rare? if u have high bp for 6 months?

Aneurysm: It would be extremely rare for a 22 yo to develop an aneurysm as a result of 6 months of hypertension. Thoracic is much less common than abdominal aortic aneurysms which are a result of decades of sustained high pressure in the aorta. Do you suffer from anxiety disorder or OCD? I would suggest that is much more likely in a 22 yo male who is preoccupied with this than AAA from hypertension.
