Frequency: Urinating frequently can be due to many factors. How much fluid or what kind of fluids you are drinking? Judging by the description that your urine is clear you probably are well hydrated and have very dilute urine. As far as the pain in your lower abdomen, it could be from your bladder, prostate or even colon. Best to get evaluated and get a urine sample and exam
