DUB/amenorrhea: A woman's cycle can fluctuate for many reasons, even stress which modifies hormonal levels. If it doesn't start back within 10-11 days, try another first AM urine pregnancy test to be sure. You may have had an anovulatory cycle. it it persists, please see PCP and have prolactin and other hormones checked if needed, as well as a pelvic exam.
