Mucous discharge !!!: Abdominal pain with white gooey discharge( which most likely is mucous ) can result from inflammatory or infectious disorders involving the intestines specially colon and rectum. There are numerous disorders which can cause that and a thorough evaluation by a gastro-enterologist is the way to go. One should seek immediate medical attention if symptoms are severe.
