Abdominal pain: Getting worse with a metal taste in your mouth would concern me for having something bleeding in your stomach or esophagus and refluxing into your mouth. You need to be seen today to evaluate this. .

See a physician ASAP: Increasing abdominal pain is always a cause for concern. This type of problem cannot be diagnosed online. You need to be examined as soon as possible.

Water brash: What you are describing is sometimes called "water brash" which is classically associated with gastroesophageal reflux. Common causes of reflux are NSAID medications, spicy food, alcohol and chocolate. Sometimes, heartburn medications such as anti-histamines and proton pump inhibitors may treat the symptoms of reflux.

Possible bleeding: Increased abdominal pain plus metallic taste suggests a bleed. Please see PCP or go to ER now.
