One Cycle: Plan B should affect the cycle in which you took the medication. If may cause an early 'withdrawal' bleed. Your cycle length is a bit long and it may get shorter as you get older. You should do a pregnancy test and if you are not pregnant you should consider starting contraception if you do not desire pregnancy, rather than taking plan B on a regular basis.
