URI: Some sort of upper respiratory infection. Could have started as a viral 'cold' but the greenish phlegm says it's become infected. See a doctor for a brief (but complete) round of antibiotics. Drink lots of water, rest and try not to spread it to others or back to yourself by changing/disinfecting toothbrush, towels, sheets after you're better. Hope it's real soon and it's likely to be.

Infection brewing: Check sinuses for drainage, and see your doctor before it festers into something else! Chills is indicating that it's getting worse, and you need medical consult and help. Call your doctor and be seen as soon as possible to clear this up quickly!

An infection: You could have a pneumonia. You could have bronchitis. You could have sinusitis. You probably need to be seen.
