No: You should do a pregnancy test. If is negative then there is nothing to worry about. It is not unusual to have a late cycle or even a missed menstrual cycle. Note: If your initial pregnancy test is negative and still no menses your may repeat it in 1 week to be certain the test is negative.

No.: Too soon to worry, since you wrote "on average" which means you know there is variation in the length of your cycle usually. However, it would be a good time to consider contraceptive use to prevent pregnancy if that is what you want.
