The tablet is 25 mg: the tablet you buy over the counter is 25 mg so if you want to take two of them that will be 50 mg and it is OK to do that the only way to get 50 mg benadryl (diphenhydramine) tablet is via prescription so try two tablet of 25 and see if will help you sleep or not if you want to take total of 100 mg once to try that is ok but do not make it as habit
