Sensitive skin...: The skin on your nipples may be sensitive - considering that you are describing having this itching sensation since you started wearing a bra, I would suggest that you consider if the fabric or detergents that you are using are causing your irritation. Try cotton bras and washing with dye and fragrance free soaps. Avoid fabric softener. Moisturize. See your doc if no improvement.
