See a specialist: This could be something other than a typical UTI. You need a thorough examination, some testing and possibly something other than antibiotics. A gynecologist or urologist preferably. If you are not already doing so, drink acidified fluids such as cranberry juice, use cleansing wipes instead of toilet paper, and always urinate after having sex. Good luck!

Lot of UTI's: The bigger question might be what is the underlying reason for these UTI's. Treating them is fine but I hope someone is looking into why this is happening. I would recommend you see the urologist and have imaging to make sure there is no anatomic reason for this
