Difficult to say: Chlamydia is usually spread as an STD- by any form of sexual contact. There is no way for you to know where he got it. The best thing to do is get yourself treated and make sure the infections are cleared up. Use safer sex practices- condoms- ALWAYS! Make sure you are also using an effective method of birth control if you don't want to be a parent at this time!
