Ridgey vagina: Did you have an episiotomy? Where they cut you to help let the baby out? If so, this may be the suture line that you are feeling. It could also represent a healing vaginal tear from childbirth Generally it will take 6-8 weeks to heal if it’s either of those and maybe a little longer if it’s sutures depending on the extent of the laceration made. Mention it when you go back for a checkup.
