It is not: Unhealthy to do so provided he has no sexually transmitted diseases. If you develop an upset stomach afterward then avoid it. Ultimately is your decision in what sexual practices to engage in.

Like vs. Love ???: They say it's the difference between 'Like' and 'Love' but I don't believe that. Tell him you will if you can share it with him. Technically it's not unhealthy unless it is infected. And you probably won't gain weight, it's only about 5 calories per teaspoon. But I'd bet if your boyfriend had his way he'd like you to try and gain weight with it! He's grossed-out by your period, so fair is fair...

Not unhealthy.: If you have had penis in mouth you are already at risk for sexually transmitted disease. There is no more risk incurred by swallowing semen. Some people do it. I do not really know the statistics, but I am willing to bet that greater than 50% of couples have done this.
