I'm getting super strong pains by my uterus.. what can it be ? the pain just hurts and happens every 30 mins or so..

I don't know: It is certainly difficult to answer a question like this .The reason it's difficult is : (1) there are other organs in this area which could be responsible for the pain and(2)I am not sure this is in the context of menses and therefore menstrual cramps.
