Needs evaluation: Your daughter may need to be seen by her doctor to determine if there is a problem with pubertal maturation. A number of things can lead to this including chromosome differences, abnormal pituitary function etc. Get her in for a check up.

Endocrinologist: Your daughter may be lacking adequate human growth hormone and/or other hormones. Take her to a pediatrician/ family doctor and have her checked out. They can make any referrals needed.
