Tests aren't perfect: Every test has a false negative rate. Its possible that the test didn't pick it up. Its best to assume he has it too. You need to make sure he is treated completely before you have intercourse again or he may give it back to you. Best wishes!

G and C: Can be asymptomatic in females. However prompt treatment is important to prevent complications of Gonorrhea like PID or arthropathies
