Yeast infection. : Vaginal itching plus a thick white discharge like cottage cheese is usually a yeast infection. Being on antibiotics or eating a lot of sweets, carbs, soda pop, fruit juice and alcohol, or wearing clothes that don't breathe makes a person more prone to yeast infections so avoid.
