Hmmmmm: Most men have an erect penis around 6am or upon awakening. A urologist will ask this question if being seen for erectile dysfunction (ed). So, is it hard and hurt, or just hurt? Does the hurt go away soon after awakening? Is it every am or just occasional? Does it happen the morning after you took certain drugs, like viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis (longer acting) or intercourse. It's all in the history!
