What does the p to r wave stand for on an ekg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PR segment?: The PR segment is the period between the end of the P wave and the beginning of the QRS. This segment is the delay of electrical activity at the level of the AV node, electrical tissue that separates the upper from the lower chambers of your heart. A long PR segment is a form of heart block called 1st degree and is usually not dangerous and often reversible. Ask again if you mean P or R waves.
