Nipple Pain: Nipple pain may be hormonal or related to a recent pregnancy or breast feeiding.The fact it is bilateral decreases the risk of a serious condition like cancer; but does not eliminat it. Do you have a nipple discharge?Have you had any trauma? Is there a history of breast disease in your family? Do you have a high caffeine intake?Please be eval by a breast specialist. I don't think the cause is fat.
