Depends...: Swelling of both feet ( vs. one) is a very common complaint. It is due to fluid retention in the legs and usually is pain free. Feet are the lowest part of the body so they are the first to swell if there is extra intercellular fluid. THere are many causes of this from benign to serious and require a doctor to sort them out.
