My significant other has extreme gastroparisis. anything we can do?

Depends on cause: gastroparesis is usually due to either use of narcotics or poorly controlled diabetes, or idiopathic (meaning unknown cause). It is important to exclude a stomach outlet obstruction by an EGD so I would recommend you have your SO meet with a GI doctor to help sort out the gastroparesis.
