Implanon: For opener you were having protected sex for pregnancy BUT unprotected for sexually transmitted diseases. Implanon is an effective contraceptive. One of the side effects of progesterone only contraception is abnormal bleeding, meaning no bleeding to bleeding everyday. Be thankful you fall into the group with no bleeding. You need to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.

Implanon: It is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Your breast tenderness could be due to excessive stimulation due to sex. It is common to not have periods on implanon. You can always do a pregnancy test and see your doctor about your breasts if my assumption is wrong.
