You need to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.

Implanon: It is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Your breast tenderness could be due to excessive stimulation due to sex. It is common to not have periods on implanon. You can always do a pregnancy test and see your doctor about your breasts if my assumption is wrong.
