Fertility testing: If you have been trying to get pregnant for more than 12 months without success then fertility testing is warranted. If your periods are not regular then you may not be ovulating. Your husband can do a semen analysis. An Xray called and HSG can be done to make sure your anatomy provides an open pathway for the sperm to find an egg.
