GB/pancreas: Gall bladder or pancreas disease. Celiac disease also. Just simple constipation should be at the top.

Different causes: This discomfort could be due to simple indigestion with poor gastric emptying, inflammation of the stomach lining(gastritis),gall stones or even gluten intolerance. More info is needed to diagnose your case and your physician is best qualified to evaluate you.
