Rash: Without seeing it is incredibly difficult to posit what is going on. It sounds like a rash but from what I have no idea. Any new exposures? New creams, makeup, wash? Any bumps on other parts of your skin? What about other types of rashes. Certain dermatophytes can cause an 'Id' reaction in other areas on the skin. See your doctor or a dermatologist if it persists.
