Probably: It certainly sounds like herpes zoster (shingles). See your doc and get treated! the sooner the better. Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream has been reported to help in some cases, if that is available to you there along with anti-viral medications. It is does hurt! I am sending sympathetic thoughts your way! Stay away from pregnant women and people who might have immune deficiency (like on cancer, HIV meds)
