Low dose: Minastrin is a low dose pill. The low estrogen does not stimulate much growth of the uterine lining and so there is not much to bleed off in a period. Some women are more sensitive to this than others. It still protects aganist pregnancy as long as you take it right but, if this bothers you, talk to your doctor about changing. Good luck
