Nothing: There is nothing other than bathing that you should do. From now on you want to use only water soluble lubricants or saliva for intercourse. Things like baby oil and vasoline aren't made for this. I usually recommend paraben free astroglide for my patients who are sensitve because it is hypoallergenic.

Lubricants: First, don't use baby oil for sex. You need to use something meant for vaginal lubrication that is water based like K Y liquid or astroglide. Even silicone based lubes are better and less irritating than oil. This could be a yeast infection or reaction to the baby oil. I would see a gynecologist to determine which it is.
