A member asked:

At my age 50 why am i unable to have an orgasm clitoral or a vagina?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Everything is there: Orgasms depend upon the anatomy (I assume yours is all in place), and an appropriate stimulus be it sexual toys or an exciting partner. Some find a little drink is helpful. Certainly the right environment must be present. You should be relaxed and receptive. If you had orgasms earlier in life, you are capable well in your senior years and you are a long way from that.
