Sick as a dog: Pain, misery, possibly long-term damage to organs like liver and kidneys. Possibly coma or ugly death. Nothing nice and certainly a psych lockup unit and heavy meds if you are well enough. Possible limits on your education and career chances if you're still around. Family stigma. It's a bad idea. Give yourself more time. It's the final play, don't use it too soon. You deserve a chance.
