Probably: If stored in cool area , it is likely ok for 2 more years after the expiration date . The US Army did a study on that and found that most drugs were good for a couple more years after the stated expiration date if stored properly. In Allegra's case, the worst would be less effectiveness. However I would caution using antibiotics, biologicals (insulin etc), and epinephrine past the expiration date
