Sperm counts: Zinc, folic acid, omega 3, Vit C ,beta carotene, lutein,lycopene improve sperm quality(eat prudently don't overdo it), whereas heat from hot baths,or even having a laptop on your lap, smoking, alcohol ,anabolic steroids, pesticides, certain medications like chemotherapy can lower sperm quality. if you are concerned see a urologist who can evaluate your sperm directly.
