Not sure why you are: drinking gourd juice? Filtered water by itself is just fine to drink in the AM, as the more water you can drink or hydrate during weight loss, the better. Don't overdo though! Don't drink more than 1/2 weight in oz, and still need to adjust to what your doctor says is safe! If you work out, you need more.U don't want to error on the side of drinking too much water as U can dilute UR electrolytes.
