Long course of BCP: without interruption does tend to cause more bloating and PMS symptoms, but one would expect some spotting or withdrawal bleeding unless a progestin only type BCP. A home pregnancy test will give you a reliable answer to pregnancy concern. If off BCP now, please continue protection if you continue to be sexually active.
